Buildafrique Collective Investment Fund/Scheme seeks to provide structured investment offerings and related investment opportunities and securities for investors who wishes to grow their investment portfolio through investing in low risks and “above market returns” structured investments in real estate, infrastructure, energy, healthcare (hospitals), hospitality (hotels) and related investment offerings without having to buy or put up a capital intensive investment project on their own.
Buildafrique Group / Buildafrique Investments is currently structuring investment offerings for its investors through the following channels:
- Structured Investments for less than 100 Investors per offering through PRIVATE PLACEMENT, with a notice to Kenya Capital Market Authority (CMA).
- Structured Investments through PRIVATE INVESTMENT FUNDS on limited number of investors.
The Collective Investment Scheme for a higher number of collective investors (100+) per offering is currently going through registration process with the Kenya Capital Market Authority (CMA) – and will be available to Investors after approval and registration by CMA.
